We receive donations by credit card, however, we do not keep credit card information after contributions are processed, except in cases of periodic recurring contributions. Neither the Waterfront Rescue Mission nor our credit card processing company retains, shares, stores or uses personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

When visitors donate online, we retain names, addresses, phone numbers, and email information in order to send receipts and to continue relationships with our supporters.
