How Shop On Purpose Works

ShopOnPurpose is passionate about showing people how they can contribute to the charity of their choice, regardless of their financial situation. Everyone wants to make a difference, but many people are struggling just to make ends meet. ShopOnPurpose bridges the gap between wanting to help, and actually being able to help.  Every time you shop through ShopOnPurpose, Waterfront will earn between 1% and 31% of every dollar you spend online. With ShopOnPurpose, you can make a difference while saving money on the things you already buy from the stores you already use!

Step 1: Start Earning Money for your Favorite Cause Today!

·     You don't have to register to start earning money for your favorite cause.

·     Click on the link above that will take you to Waterfront's ShopOnPurpose page.  

Step 2: Register with ShopOnPurpose (optional)

·     Registration is free, fast, & easy.  

·     Register with ShopOnPurpose so you can designate Waterfront as your cause.

·     When you return to ShopOnPurpose, you can shop right from the home page.

·     Check your Shopping Tag to make sure you are signed in and you have selected Waterfront. 

·     When you register and sign in, all purchases made through the store links on ShopOnPurpose.com will support Waterfront unless you are on another cause's page. 

Step 3: Choose Your Favorite Stores

·     You must be registered to use the Favorite Stores List feature.  

·     ShopOnPurpose lets you add your favorite stores to a personal Favorite Stores List for quick access each time you visit ShopOnPurpose.

·     To add a store to your  Favorite Stores List, simply hover over the store logo then click on the heart.  

Step 4: Support Your Cause Every Time You Shop Online

·     You must click through a store link on ShopOnPurpose for Waterfront to earn money!

·     When you click on the store logo, you will go directly to the retailer's website.  

·     A tracking code is sent from your browser to inform the retailer that you would like to support Waterfront.  

·     Each retailer sets its own donation amount. Click here to see how much Waterfront will earn from each store.

 Step 5: Spread the Word about ShopOnPurpose!

·     Make an even bigger difference by launching a fundraising campaign for Waterfront.
